Mark Levine, a Washington Heights Democratic district leader, was outside the A train subway station at Bennett Park and Fort Washington Ave. early Tuesday.... He was helped by volunteers and Councilman Robert Jackson, a member of Levine's Barack Obama Democratic Club.
