Members of the Barack Obama Democratic Club of Upper Manhattan must:

•Live in the 71st or 72nd Assembly District and/or 7th Council District; and

•Be an enrolled voter in the Democratic party, or be a non-citizen who subscribes to the ideals of the Democratic party; and

1. •Have paid their dues in full by the time of the endorsement in order to be able to cast a vote.
